Landscape Foreman

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and participate in the installation of landscape & hardscape features including, but not limited to patios, retaining walls, walkways and outdoor kitchens.

• Set daily priorities and manage project schedules.
  Work independently and as part of a crew.

• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Teach and mentor crew members while staying open to learning new techniques.

• Read site plans, take measurements, and assist in layout and project planning.

• Track and manage the use of materials and tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Creativity and a passion for building outdoor spaces.

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

• Basic construction knowledge (understands measurements, can operate basic tools).

• Ability to manage and lead others respectfully and effectively.

• Someone who can teach, can learn, and cares about craftsmanship.

Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is a plus — but we’ll teach our workflow and standards to the right person.
