Suicide Prevention Training

SouthSide Community Services Is Sponsoring Suicide Prevention Training

In order to provide training to as many people as possible, all of our suicide prevention trainings are Free. We have trainings for different audiences that vary in length to suit a range of needs.  We provide the trainers, all materials and post training support.

Scheduled Trainings Intervention ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is suicide intervention training for professionals and others who would like to know how to do a successful intervention with someone identified as at risk for suicide.  ASIST is a 2 day workshop recommended for counselors, administrator, and any others interested.  Participants must attend both full days of the training.
