Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital- Advanced Care Planning Lunch & Learn

In honor of Healthcare Decisions Day, celebrated on April 16, 2025, Sentara
Halifax Regional Hospital is proud to partner with the South Boston YMCA to
hold an Advanced Care lunch & learn.

Vance Midgett, with Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital's chaplain services,
will be providing free Advance Directive Forms, educational materials, and an
opportunity to ask questions about:
• Advanced care planning
• Living will
• Healthcare power of attorney
