Recovering Hands Chapel Dedication Ceremony

Recovering Hands is a State of Virginia Accredited Consumer Operated non-profit residential health and well-being extended-care center located in Halifax County.  Recovering Hands unique extended-care program focuses on teaching the life skills necessary to maintain long term recovery from substance use.  In 2022 South Boston’s Main Street United Methodist Church responded to our desire to have a chapel for our residents.  Together with business owners and members from our community who helped with donations of time and resources they built this incredible sanctuary for the women who come here hoping to turn their lives around.  Please join us for a dedication ceremony on April 30th.  We will give tours of our facility and there will be people on hand to share their experience with this valuable resource in our community.
