Unlike our previous cheese classes this class with explore the making of more advanced cheeses like Queso, Cream Cheese, and Chevre. The class will consist of a demonstration and opportunity for hands on experience of making several soft cheeses. We will also sample cheeses and have beverages available. If you want to bring your own libation you are welcome to do so.
