Baking Class @ Hunting Creek Vineyards

Our First cooking class of 2024 is baking biscuits with Zelda. Two dates to choose from: Sunday, January 14 at 3pm or on Tuesday, January 16th at 1pm.

Biscuits 101 will walk you through making basic buttermilk biscuits and stuffed buttermilk biscuits. It is a "quick bread" making prep easy and fast for everyone to enjoy hot out of the oven, with: Sausage Sawmill Gravy and Harvest Salad (mixed green, match stick pears, cranberries, toasted walnuts and blue cheese tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette).
