Archaeology Expedition @ Staunton River State Park

Join as at the visitor center and let's venture out into ancient times. Our park interpreter will show you how to dig for fossils that were buried in the ground thousands of years ago. You will get a chance to learn all about the ancient creatures that used to roam the land of what is now Staunton River State Park. 

There is no fee for this program. Parking fee is required to enter the park unless you are a cabin or campground guest.
